2704 ECONOMIC LAW

GENERAL INFORMATION
Law and economics are two different fields that are often applied together in solving problems related to social life. This unity requires economics experts to develop a legal approach to solving problems, and for lawyers to interpret problems from an economic perspective. In order to respond to this need, the Economics Law Non-Thesis Master's Program aims to provide education to meet the need for interdisciplinary experts with its competent academic staff in the field.

Objective
The main purpose of the program is to develop an interdisciplinary approach to solving problems encountered in business life with the knowledge gained in the fields of law and economics.


Admission Requirements
To be a graduate of the Faculty of Law or the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Graduation Requirements
To have successfully completed the semester courses and project assignment within the academic period.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1A graduate of Economic Law will have the ability to conduct comparative research in the field of social sciences.
2Is aware of the principles of social, professional and scientific ethical behavior.
3Has knowledge of legal methodology required for solving legal problems and disputes.

6Expresses economic facts in oral and written form.
7Demonstrates practical policy solutions to economic problems through analytical thinking
8Describes the behavior of economic decision-making units according to different market environments.
9Evaluate legal concepts using scientific methods, identify and resolve legal disputes, make discussions, and develop suggestions based on facts and research.
10He/she tries to produce alternative solutions by using his knowledge of law and economics in solving problems.

Problem SolvingThe name given to any doubt or ambiguity that arises is, a problem. Problems which usually have a role in human life, that have preventing or annoying aspects are solved by considering the stages of scientific methods. (a) Problems are determined. (b) The problem is identified. 
ProjectProject-based learning is a learning way which leads students to deal with interesting problems and to create extraordinary products at the end of this. It allows students to use their creativity and it requires them to look at events perceptively.
Brainstorming Brainstorming is a group work process that has been regulated to reach solutions for a problem without limitations or evaluation. The purpose of brainstorming is to make it easier for students to express themselves and to generate ideas. This technique is used as a high-level discussion
