Course Objective
The purpose of this course is to help students gain knowledge on the basic principles, concepts, and methods of the third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach.
Course Content
This course consists of the basic principles and techniques of both classical and third-wave CBT, therapeutic relationship, connections among event-thought-emotion-behavior, case formulation, homeworks, conceptualization of mood disorders, anxiety disorders regarding CBT point of view. Theoretical knowledge will be supported with in-class roleplays and case studies.
