Course Objective The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the mechanism and principles of motivation and learning and to think critically about motivation and its application to personal experiences and the real world.
Course Content Understanding human motivation and learning requires a comprehensive synthesis of multifaceted psychological processes that initiate, direct and maintain human behavior. Hence, this course involves history, theories, and principles of human motivation and learning along with examination of motivation from a variety of perspectives including physiological, psychological, and social perspectives.
