Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide the students with an understanding of the philosophical and theoretical foundations of psychological counseling theories, the concepts of psychotherapy, the principles and techniques they use, and thus how the techniques of psychological counseling theories can be used in psychological counseling

6to understand each counseling theory as having a cultural perspective and ability to evaluate each theory in terms of its application to diverse populations
