The main purpose of this course is to teach the main concepts on public transport, characteristics of public transport users and public transportation systems.
Course Content
Transit operations and service planning, basic operating elements, O-D surveys, passenger volume analysis and service capacity determination, transit line capacity, modeling and optimization in transit systems analysis.
