Course Content Introduction to Pharmacology: General concepts, Pharmacokinetics I, II Receptor types Quantification of receptor drug realtionship Dose response relationship Transmitters, carrier proteins, second messengers Aotonomic nervous system; Parasempathetics,, sempathetic system, CNS drugs Analgesics, Autocoids, NSAID Cardiovascular I; Antihypertensive drugs, Hypolipidemics Cardiovascular II: Drugs acting on heart and vasculature Endocrine Pharmacology Drugs acting on Respiratuary, Immun system, antineoplastic drugs Chemotherapy of bacteria and virus
