Course Objective This course aims to provide students with the ability to comprehend the importance of nursing research, evaluate the barriers to the use of research in nursing, comprehend the theoretical foundations of research, research methods, ethical issues in research, and qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, by improving the student's research use skills, it is to gain the ability to read publications, analyze articles and prepare their research for publication.
Course Content  Historical development of nursing research, Importance of research in nursing practice, Ethical issues in nursing research, Universe and sampling selection, Research methods Descriptive research, Article critique on descriptive research, Cohort Studies , Examination of cohort research articles, Experimental research, Article critique of experimental research, Research the path from the question to theory qualitative research Examination of qualitative research studies, methodological studies and research, Evidence-based practices, Writing a research report (resource review, title, summary and introduction, material and method), Writing a research report (finding and discussion)
