Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable them to have sufficient knowledge and skills in diagnosing the patient's health status in the home care process, planning and implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating the results of care, and providing support to caregivers before, during and after care.
Course Content This course includes information and practice about the definition of home health care, home care services our country and the world, chronic illnesses and home care, the basic principles and concepts with nursing home care , the responsibilities of nurses in home care.
