Course Objective
By analyzing theoretical information with real world examples, expertise will be gained on how to create bargaining and market strategy in analytical decision making processes. It is expected that students who take the course will be able to analyze the decision-making process and acquire skills that enable them to develop trade policies on a micro or macro scale.
Course Content
It explains how strategic decision making processes of firms and countries are determined by game theory approach in the scope of international trade. The course covers how the game theory models explain the decision processes, while companies determine the production, sales, marketing and pricing policies, while at the same time determining the countries' customs policies that are the subject of international commercial trade, interactively interacting with other players in the international market.
