Course Objective	The aim of this course include Development of goverment's budget, budget systems and contemprorary of Turkish budget policies .
Course Content	Classical and modern budget systems, Turkish Budget System, law of budget, local governments budgets, budget systems in unitary and federal states, budget as means of auditing, contemporary budget policies and applications of Turkey constitute the content of this course .
