Course Objective	The purpose of this course, is to have knowledge about the properties and chemistry of lipids.
Course Content	Definition and scope of lipids, classification of natural lipids, simple lipids, compound lipids, lipid-like compounds, synthesis mechanism and building blocks of lipids, digestion metabolisms of lipids and their function on healthy nutrition, main characteristic lipid reactions, degradation reactions and determination of degradation.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
