Course Objective Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to gain information about the effects of using these concepts in the field of public relations and advertising, digital communication strategies and digital communication applications used in the field of public relations and advertising, based on the concepts of new communication technologies and new media as a means of change. Students are expected to be able to analyze digital communication applications and use them in new communication research, based on their theoretical and practical knowledge, including academic research.
Course Content This course; new communication technologies and advertising, public relations relationship, digital communication and ıts features, digital communication models, digital advertising strategies, creative process in digital advertising, mobile advertising-real time marketing, search engine marketing (sem)-search engine optimization (seo)-search engine advertising (sea), social media advertising, digital communication strategies and practices in public relations applications, ethics in digital advertising and public relations, alternative digital marketing examples, digital advertising and public relations examples. ın addition, current best practices and academic studies on the subjects covered in the course will be evaluated.
