The aim of the course is to examine the transformative effects of developments in communication technologies on media and communication in both the context of producers and consumers. The aim of the course is to examine the change from the past to the present from conventional communication tools to new media by defining new communication technologies in terms of social and cultural effects on the media, with examples.
