Course Objective Within the scope of this course, to introduce basic theories and concepts about organizational behavior and to examine human behavior at the level of individuals, groups and organizations; to give information about the psychological, sociological, economic and cultural aspects of human behavior in organizations; It is aimed to develop communication skills in directing, changing and controlling human behavior, which is one of the most important elements of business management.
