Course Objective In this course, strategic management and corporate governance approaches, which have developed as separate management theories, are considered together as a model and examined under the name of strategic corporate governance approach. Case studies are conducted on how this model can be applied in different organizations belonging to the public and private sectors. Different ideas that have emerged in management in recent years are discussed within the scope of the course. The course aims to give the student analytical thinking and problem solving thinking, and to gain the skills of contemporary management practices in the light of new approaches.
