COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Master's Degree
Course Type Elective
Course Objective This course aims to reveal the functionality of the visual promotion of the producer rather than the product itself in the post-capitalist world of capital accumulation.
Course Content In the course, the primary objective of digital advertising, which we can also call a personalized and special advertising perspective, will be the perspective that the processes of recognizing and defining the consumer subject and predicting its future consumer behaviour are provided by algorithms. Digital advertising, where traditional advertising agencies are replaced by effective presentations on more micro platforms and the same product has to be introduced to different people in different ways, is largely dependent on content production, visuality, interpersonal interaction and persuasiveness. Information about the definition and history of digital media, advertising models, working methods of digital media, digital platforms, working systems of digital planning and content producer agencies, media buying processes, data classification, safe internet and misleading advertising methods will be shared.
