Course Objective	This course aims to examine the relations between Turkey and regional and global powers and neighbor states from 2000 to the present.
Course Content	The main factors driving Turkish foreign policy since 2000. Analysis of foreign policy within the framework of regional and international developments.

1	TELLS the foreign policy environment of Turkey.
2	Explains foreign policy strategy of Turkey by taking today’s and near term policies into consideration.
3	EXAMINES the basic principles of Turkish Foreign Policy in the AK Parti(Justice and Development Party) period.
4	ANALYSIS the historical evolution of Turkish foreign policy.
5	EVALUATES the position of Turkey in the regional or international political crises and conflicts.
