Course Objective
To explain the legal problems and solutions that physiotherapists may encounter in their professional life, o inform the student on the basic issues of health law such as patient rights, physician's legal responsibility, organ transplantation, obligation to inform and consent. At the same time, it is aimed to focus on medical trials and clinical studies on humans.

Patient rights, legal rights and obligations of the physiotherapist, Basic issues of health law such as health legislation and legal regulations in Turkey, patient rights, physician's legal responsibility, organ transplantation, obligation to inform and consent.
