Course Objective
The aim of this course is; to introduce the basic concepts and institutions of law to students. These derste students are taught basic and general information about private law and public law branches from the lessons that they will attend during law education. The concepts, institutions and principles of these law branches are shown and also the regulations are examined in the mentioned fields and the students are trying to prepare the substructure of the law courses they will take in the following periods.
Course Content
The function of law in society, religion, custom and customs of law rules, comparison with moral rules, interpretation methods in law, lawfulness in law, public law-private law discrimination, norms hierarchy, positive law, natural law, basic concepts and institutions of law and various law schools
