Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students with a scientific and professional perspective on travel businesses, which are one of the main components of the tourism industry.
Course Content Basic topics of travel management (such as travel agencies, tour operators, reservation systems, transportation services and tourist guiding), tour planning and group leadership, tourist behavior on trips, bonding and communication with tourists, travel motivations & preferences of foreign and domestic tourists, crisis management in tours and timing, entrepreneurship opportunities in the field of travel management constitute the content of this course.
