Course Objective
Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to classify the food and beverage businesses operating in different branches of the recreation area and to draw attention to the diversity of services.
Course Content
Topics such as the role of food and beverage businesses as a strong component of tourism and recreation areas, classification of food and beverage businesses, product and service diversity, food and beverage presentation as a support service in events, and entrepreneurship in the food and beverage sector constitute the content of this course.
