Course Objective Aim of this lesson is to learn basic level of swimming theoretical knowledge, skills and techniques.
Course Content Lifesaving, survival and first aid for the transfer of theoretical knowledge, learning and teaching of basic techniques and skills. Breaststroke and butterfly in swimming technique and application of the technique to teach.
