Course Content	The development of Turkish tourism policy, The international sources of tourism law, Tourism law and its relations with other laws, Tourism legislation, The subjects of tourism law, Touristic area and centers, Assignments for tourism and arrangements, Tourism investments and their statutes, Encouregements for tourism, The document of tourism investment, Travel Agency and Turkish Travel Agencies Association, The control of tourism companies and the application of fines.
