Course Objective	Learning of the protective and therapeutic main principles of pediatric dentistry; understanding of the information that will form the basis of diagnosis and treatment practices.
Course Content	Embryonic development of deciduous and permanent teeth; eruption mechanisms; local, systemic and congenital factors that affect eruption, behaviour models in children according to age, the ideal pedodontic treatment plan; radiography techniques specific to children, preventive dentistry applications, cavity preparation.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Interpretation of morphological and histological differences between milk and permanent teeth. To gain the ability to distinguish between normal and pathological status differences in the field of pedodontics. To have knowledge about caries and behavior orientation techniques.
