Course Objective It aims to teach basic chemistry knowledge of the profession of dental school students. It aims to train about analysis made for diagnostic purposes and to introduce the analyze of body fluids.
Course Content Nomanclature and reactions of alkanes, alkens, alkyns, alcohols, eters, aromathic compounds, aldehydes, ketones, amins, and carboxylic acids. The structure and the function of amino acids, proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, vitamins, enzymes, mebranes. Hormon systems, signal transductions Bioenergytic, electron transport system, oxidative phosphorilation. The digestion of amin compounds, carbonhydrates and lipids. Catabolism of amino acids. Catabolism of faty acids. Synthesis of faty acids and ketogenez Synthesis of proteins. Metabolism of carbonhydrates. Entegration of metabolism and metabolism of cholesterol. Metabolism of lipoproteins. Metabolism of amino acids and proteins.
