Course Objective The course is aimed to train about How to manage an advertising agency. What are the responsibilities of being a worker in advertising agency? Are Advertising agencies similiar to many other place of business? What are the differences of advertisers from employees who works in other lines of business? Foreign and domestic advertising agency, How media buying agency gain customer? How to earn money? What are the job descriptions of today's digital agencies? to the students.
Course Content It contains concepts such as how advertisers manage the process of advertising, advertisers’ reasons of working with communications agencies, the agency-advertiser relationships, customer (the advertiser) and the agency organizational structure, functions, advertising production processes, agencies’ the processes of customer acquisition, customer relationships and in this context the distribution of tasks within the agency, and production process in the agency-client relationship.
