Course Objective This course is the theory of entrepreneurship and business functions for small and medium-sized enterprises includes the evaluation. Key issues, business idea development and creativity exercises, The concept of a business plan, Financial plan, management plan, production plan, marketing plan, market research, entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial characteristics, identifying opportunities section as the process of becoming and operating model. Examples of current entrepreneurs also discussed during the course.

Week: Entrepreneur event ready? Testing the entrepreneurial characteristics 5. Week: Deals can you see? 6. Week: Business alternatives 7. Week: Business process 8. Week: Feasibility study 9. Week: The concept of a business plan 10. Week: Basic components of a business plan: Market analysis and marketing plan 11. Week: A business plan: Planning production process 12.
