Course Objective The aim of this course is to supply that students who are interested in both practical and theoretical sense of public institutions get information about public relations theory and practice in public institutions. It is aimed that public relations practices of non-profit voluntary organizations and profit private organizations which is different from the public organizations are examined.
Course Content Administration, public management, understanding of public policy and public service, the history of public relationsin public institutions, contribution of public relations activities to the quality of public services, the central and local governments, public relations activities, sample applications and critical, public relations practices of civil society organizations.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1Distinguish the differences between public relations methods used to in administration, private and voluntary organizations
2Discuss the reasons for the need of public relations in public and private organizations
3Know and design methods of public relations applied to private organizations
