Course Objective This course is aimed to describe of business affected by the crisis resulting from the changes intended to growing conditions, how the crisis should be the stance of the crisis management process.
Course Content In the characteristics of the concepts of crisis and crisis concept referring to the course as well as the crisis continued violence and the types and stages of the crisis will be discussed areas associated with crisis management. Crisis management strategies and models, in the pre-crisis, crisis management during the crisis and post-crisis period, explaining the crisis management and will discuss the relationship of public relations and example of crisis management in order to improve the course of the event event will be given.
