Course Objective The aims of second material science and engineering internship are to recognize industrial establishments, to examine mission and responsibilities, make practice for the previous two years’ lessons and to prepare for the third year’s vocational courses
Course Content Obtaining information about the organization, Learning production units, in each production unit, the number of looms and machines, specifications and factory use purposes, produced material name, size, type of supply on the market, the standard material number and the expression of the international standard, business opportunities found on the forming processes (cold, warm, machining, forming, extrusion, rolling, drawing and so on. Plastic deformation methods, welding, casting, forging, melting and heat treatment, etc.) found on modern manufacturing methods (Chemical Processing, Electrochemical Processing , Modern Methods of Mechanical Machining, Thermal Operations, necessary for the realization of the production of raw materials, machinery and equipment for the workforce as a standard time on the production method, production planning, production control, purchasing, import and export, staffing and remuneration principles, Last processes and storage, engineering computer applications (CAD / CAM) and the company uses the design, production, management and storage of the package from programs and contributions.

2To define instruments in production area and understand that instruments are using what for in production

4To be informed forming proceses which are cold working, hot working, machining, extrusion, rolling, drawing, plastic deformation, welding, casting, forging, melting and heat treatment)
5To learn modern process technology that are chemical proceses, electrochemical proceses, modern machanic machining, thermal proceses.
6To be informed about programming (CAD/CAM) in engineering area.
