Course Objective	inform students in terms of introduction of natural stones, development of production technoloies progress , structural geological analyses of marble quarries,properties of equipments using in marble plants, selection parameters, cost analyses and place in world market
Course Content	Natural Stones identification, identification of the geological differences, technological level reached in the quarry development process and production technologies, production of surface and underground methods, analysis of structural geology in terms of the block-making, cutting and manufacturing techniques and processes in place, the processing of large blocks, sawing, plate obtained to and polishing operations, natural stone processing equipment used in factories and properties, surface treatment technologies, applications and uses of the selection criteria for the determination of the studies for the assessment of waste natural stone, natural stone distribution in the amount of usage and total usage, affecting the structural economic value of natural stones and surface characterization, production and processing costs calculation in world trade.
