Course Objective To introduce basic tools, equipments and devices used in metal Technologies to Materials Science and Engineering students. In addition these tools are used in practice.
Course Content Practice the tools and equipments, measurement and control devices used in metal forming Technologies, to teach preapearing solution, to give informations about acid and alcali materials
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Classify measurement devices, application methods, mark tools with respect to usage areas
2Recommend the proper forming technique according to materials used
3Compare the tools and parts in metal forming Technologies with each other
4Compare and recommend the drillers and driller apparatus
5Compare and recommend the drillers and driller apparatus
6Calculate the frequency and the diameter of driller
7Prepare the related Standard procedures in order to use repair and maintenance and cleaning of machines
8Calculate the adjustment parameters used in workshop machines
9Prepare required precautions according to standards
