Course Objective Able to teach elasticity and plasticity theory in metalic materials, Forming methods of metals and machines used in forming of metals, defects that causes metal forming.
Course Content Plastic part design procedures, plastic materials, properties, design, installation, environmental, aesthetic and cost criteria, the relationship between mold and plastic parts, plastic science and technology inputs (plastics, manufacturing methods and classification, identification, processing, and processing methods). Plastic parts, mold design, mold temperature change, the introduction of the mold, mold cooling, runner and gating design entry, thrusters, two-and three-plate mold, hot runner molds, core molds, injection molding of thermoplastic materials during product defects, can be taken to eliminate the causes and measures.
