COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the traditional skills of the stalls general machining operations.
Course Content Using hand tools and metal forming. Layout, the guide, screw. Reaming. Marking. Introduction of parts of lathe, used lathe lathe cutting tools used implements. Turning operations: a cylindrical, taper turning, eccentric turning, threading, drilling, boring, turning a sphere, the caterpillar pull the spring winding and special turning operations. Milling techniques. Plane surface, channel, tap, mobile and milling operations in the hole. Division operations. Helical Gear manufacturing practices and the opening of the channels.
