Course Content The importance and principles of care, periodic maintenance, inspection, repair, wear and tear, damage, concepts, Preventive, preventive and predictive maintenance concepts, total productive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, damage theory, wear, corrosion, fatigue and aging consequential damages resulting machine elements, Damage determine the status of, direct, indirect diagnostic methods and practices of 5S, Kaizen and applications, and repair techniques, Reliability Theory, General statistical information, the organization of care, maintenance planning and scheduling, maintenance expenses, and budget.
