COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective Information about the industrial production methods of various textile surfaces, fiber, yarn, fabric types, clothing structures, types and properties are given. Analysis methods, information management systems, innovation strategies, technological planning structures used in the textile and ready-to-wear industry are explained.
Course Content Objectives and types of businesses, business systems, relations with the environment, business responsibilities, feasibility report, business size and capacity, legal structures of businesses. The basic functions of the business; management, production, marketing, finance, personnel management, research and development, relations of the enterprise with the environment, feasibility studies, classification of enterprises, classical and contemporary production methods, the relationship of business management with the internal and external environment, management process are examined.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Organization of organizations in textile factories.
2Scientific writing, report, article, conference, seminar follow-up and evaluations. The ability to analyze the textile industry and the problems that may be encountered is gained. He gains competence in management.
3Presentations are made accompanied by a slide show. Publications on the subject are reviewed and discussed.
4To be able to transform the design and art education they have received in the field of textile art, ready-made clothing and fashion sector into contemporary, creative and original ideas.
