Course Objective
To introduce information technologies, to give information about general principles, to show the use of some office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.) and to convey the importance of internet applications in professional studies. Teaching the basic information about Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator program, the usage of the program and transferring the applications for the textile department.
Course Content
It is to enable the individual to acquire basic information technology skills and to develop their design and creativity powers. To teach design and pattern preparation, sketch drawings, printing and weaving pattern studies, effects, color combination studies, model drawing studies and computer programs aimed at improving the student. To develop the design and creativity powers of the students studying Textile and Fashion Design by using computer technology.
