Course Objective This course is about work, workers, employers and to understand the concept of social security, state social security system provided for citizens to recognize and work and social security information about the legal dimensions.
Course Content Labor law and social security law and the nature of historical development, the protection of employee rights, work and employers' rights and contracts, general information about social insurance, social insurance coverage of the law, social assistance in Turkey.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

1.Learn the historical development of the Turkish Labour and Social Security Law
2.will have information about the basic concepts of labor law and employment contracts

6.will have information about the social security system and rights in this area
