Course Objective The aim of this course are to introduce and explain the general and specific concepts related to the training science, training methods, energy metabolism, and the relationship between the loading methods and abilities to teach biyomotor.
Course Content Training concept, fundamental and usefull principles of training, biomotor abilities and the development in children, tiredness, renewing, sections on training, ability selection in sport. .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Explains the general and specific concepts of training.
2Explains the general principles and the variety of training planning.
3Understands the overall structure of long-and short-term trainings.
4Establishes the relationship between training and relaxation skills in line with the theory of Supercompensation.
5Understands the details of the writing of unit training.
6Makes relationship between energy metabolism and writing a training plan.
7Understands the methods and types of loading.
8Establishes a relationship between energy metabolism and loading methods.
