Course Objective The aim of this course, the motor unit to introduce To understand the causes of neuromuscular fatigue, promote flexibility and plyometrik work, exercise, breathing and blood circulation system to teach the connection, maxVO2, to teach the concepts of aerobic and anaerobic threshold.
Course Content The cells, tissues, organs, systems and movement sytem structures which build up the body, energy sources and the relationship between sportive activities, renewing, metabolic and hormonal answers, physiologic principles of training, strength and endurance, chronic adoptations in training, gender differences in training, elevation differences, exercise in hot and cold areas, basic labrotary applications in exercise physiology, evaluating performance. .
