COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Bachelor's Degree
Course Type Compulsory
Course Objective To describe the history of gymnastics, to perform basic stances, the arrangements, land use, recreational, tabs, leaps, turns, transitions and connections, instrument and tool-free movement, the pyramids, the rule information. To perform gymnastics demonstrations, order, rhythm, jump rope, gymnastics clubs, the pin cushion in the exercises, the rule information and teaching skills.
Course Content Definition, history, basic positions, sequences, using space, rythmic hops, turns, transits and connections, instrumental and non-instrumental movements, pyramids, and rules. Demonstration walks, compositions, rythm, jumping rope, gymnastic baton, labute, floor drills, knowledge of rules and teaching methods.
