Course Objective To learn definition of rhythmic gymnastics’ branches, general characteristics, historical development, to learn instruments used in individual discipline-specific learning, locomotion, and learned movements of gymnastics by applying music.
Course Content Rhythmic Gymnastics must be performed in an artistic and original way with a combination of movement of body; jumps, leaps, balances, turns, pivots, waves, swings, steps, rools, handstands, static body position, dynamic body position (with rotation, without rotation) work together the apparatus of Rhythmic gymnastics ( the ball, rope, hoop, clubs, ribbon). .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
