Course Objective	The aim of this lesson is to gain students knowledge and skills about the definition of ski, the general characteristic features of skiing, historical development of ski in The World and in Türkiye, the competition rules of ski, to gain information about teaching the basic properties and skills of ski.
Course Content	This course examines the definition and short history of alpine skiing, advertisement of equipments used in skiing, trying to begin Alpine Skiing, giving skills of snowplough, travers, sidesliding and step turn. .
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
