Course Objective To teach fundamental rules of wrestling and practice of basic wrestling techniques: arm-drag, cross-buttock, lifting holds. To teach techniques of Free and Greco-Roman wrestling and defensive and strategic wrestling techniques.
Course Content It includes teaching and reinforcing of general and special techniques in Wrestling. .
