Course Objective To teach gymnastics definition, to provide for the development of national feelings, to teach demonstration techniques and to practice of movements.
Course Content Definition, history, free and instrumental (rope, ring, ball, lobute, ribbon) movements and competition rules. Ceromony walks, sequence, rythm.
