Course Objective Providing student to gain the ability of studying personally on a subject that he/she is interested in
Course Content Every student should select a topic of which he/she’s interested in, obtain literatures about that topic, do some laboratory analysis if necessary, and prepare a graduation project. Students are expected to present their project in front of a comities and this comities decides whether students pass or fail in their project

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Learn how to determine a specific research subject according to the gained knowledge during food engineering education
2Learn the ways reaching to literature
3Learn thinking on the subject, doing design and/or poducing a hypothesis
4Gather knowledge on the research/design subject
5Have the ability to bring gained knowledge together systematically
6Learn the transportation of gained knowledge or experimental results to a written document
7Learn the transmission methods of working results to others
8Gain the presenting ability in front of the community
