Course Objective Description of working principals of forward active, reverse active, cut-off and saturation regions of bipolar junction transistors (BJT). Teaching of ac and dc analysis of BJT. Providing BJT based digital design. Teaching of CMOS digital circuit design. Teaching of CMOS based memory design. Teaching of simulation with SPICE.
