Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students studying in different engineering disciplines with detailed information about technical project management, to facilitate their preparation for the sector, to develop the ability to instinctively see the big picture and to blend this ability with engineering knowledge and to gain the ability to use it practically in project activities.
Course Content This course covers all project activities such as understanding the fundamentals and methods of technical project management, detailed examination of initiation, planning, monitoring, control and termination processes, decomposition of technical work packages, risk management.
