COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective This course aims to give the students practical understanding of mechanical engineering while they develop their theoretical point of views in regular courses. Students pursuing this course learn how to a part of mechanical system or machine is manufactured throughout the entire production chains, how to successfully sell such systems within the market, and how to calculate the cost of an end finished product. .
Course Content A student taking this course should study in a corporation that is capable of producing a machine having at least ten mechanical parts. While pursuing this course, the student draws an entire machine and its all parts individually by taking account the production chain. The details of production process of parts are also reported. Additionally, at most for two weeks, students should study on production time, feasibility, method of production, analyses of prizing and entire cost of a finished good. .
