Course Content Multicultural communication process, oral and written sales communication, intercultural differences, personal sales, exhibition and trade fairs, sales promotion, marketing communication tools including direct marketing and sponsorships, bargaining techniques, dealing with crisis negotiation in international environments, international sales staff negotiating strategies for clearing.
